The room has bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, Kingsized bed, sofa, central heating.
The Pretty front garden with lawn, is a nice place to sit out in the sun.
One month rent required upfront as well as the deposit initially.
Parking spot is included.
Please note:
* There is NO living room, however kitchen is a large social area with a great open and friendly atmosphere where you can cook, chill, eat, drink, listen to music or just work/play on your laptop etc
