Double bedroom

I'm Julie-Anne (39). Myself and my son (21) live in a central location in Barnstaple. It's a 3 bed victorian terrace in Alma Terrace, with a lawned walled garden. We both love music in all its forms. We have a collie dog and a cat too. We've a lovely double unfurnished room on offer. It has central heating, big window, original victorian fireplace and wooden floor and overlooks the back garden. It has a small fridge and a wardrobe, and curtains currently. There is access to a washing machine. Please note we don't have a tumble dryer, but have a whirlie gig in the garden. A parking permit for the street outside can be arranged.

My son smokes in his bedroom, but there is no smoking in the rest of the property other than the small room out the back of the house.

Please note the wardrobe in the picture is not the one in the bedroom at the moment.
