The room is the larget in the house and has a chest of drawers, wardrobe and currently a sofa bed - which can be removed if you would rather bring your own.
The current household is made up of myself Lucy, my partner Tom and our well behaved and lovely dog (it is imperative that the tenant like dogs).
The house consists of a kitchen living room/ diner, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms as well as a small court yard, which a lean to (ideal for bikes). There i on road parking without a permit and it's relatively easy to find a spot. The road it tucked away and quiet.
We are a couple and this has been our home for the last 18 months, we are therefore looking for someone who we click with as a person and who would be a a great addition to our home.
My partner smokes and we would be willing to accept a smoker but no in the house.
