Free wifi, access to small kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. Plenty of parking outside the property. Access to Tarka Trail from back garden. Scenic walks and walking distance to town. Full time employed only or ideal for student or agency worker on placement at North Devon District hospital.
Deposit of 1 month and one month rent in advance required - 1 month notice to leave, damages will be assessed and deducted from deposit otherwise will be refunded in full upon room being vacated. We can offer a weekday only rate for anyone living away but working in this area
Terms and conditions - the rent is for 1 person to rent the room. Occasional guests allowed but not more than 2 nights per week.
Rent must be paid a month in advance.
