I have a small, single room available in a clean, modern friendly house with a lovely big garden and on road parking available.

I would like someone friendly and trust worthy to share my home with me. Would suit a full time working person.

All communal areas available to house mate.

Smokers ok - but must go outside.

We have various interests some are sports, festivals, holidays and socialising.

The rent includes all bills and a contribution towards communal & cleaning products.
