The house has a good sized kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. I have a garage for storing bikes and larger items.. The house is on a bus route no 31 and is a short distance away from Torbay hospital. There is a post office and a corner shop within walking distance.
There is a built in wardrobe with shelves and a radiator in the room.
There will be two lodgers in total and I’m looking for someone who will fit into the household.. The atmosphere is happy and sociable but respectful of privacy too. Tea and coffee is complimentary but you need to buy your own wine! 😀
The house is 10 minutes from Newton Abbot and the link road to Exeter.
I am looking for someone who likes animals as I have 3 small friendly dogs.
