Large furnished double

Hi, I'm Richard, a full-time professional currently teaching at a secondary school in Exeter and I live here with my son, who attends the local college.

We're offering a large double furnished room.
Bed, TV, wardrobe and drawers etc
I've also got a fridge, kettle and few cooking facilities in there but you obviously have usage of kitchen too.
No ensuite but other rooms in house are ensuite, thus main bathroom isn't used.

The house has incredibly fast satellite internet, and there’s plenty of parking space on the driveway if you have a car.

We're in a great location—just 15 to 20 minutes from Holsworthy, Torrington, or Bideford, and about 35 minutes from Okehampton and Barnstaple. If you’re wondering, yes, we’re only a 5-minute walk from Rowden Atelier and Shebbear College, so it’s perfect if you work or study there!

We’re ideally looking for someone in full-time employment or a full-time student, but feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

My son and I live here, but we’re really easygoing. If you prefer to keep to yourself, that’s absolutely fine—we’ll fully respect your space. If you’re more social, we’re always up for a chat, especially about football, since we’re both huge fans!
