Bedroom(s) have a bed, a dressing table/desk, a chest of drawers and space for hanging clothes. Parking permits are available for residents from the local council.

The fishing village of Beer, near Seaton, Devon, is located on the Jurassic Coast. There are various pubs and restaurants and beautiful cliff-top walks and beach cafes. The property is elevated from the sea and beach, which is at the end of the road a short walk away. Beer has regularly been voted as one of England's best seaside villages.

There are two large doubles and one smaller room. (I am open to discussing smaller dogs)
