Small double/Large single room

Hi, I have a small double room available in my cosy 2-bed flat, right on the edge of the moor. There aren’t direct views of it from the flat and I do live above a private carpark to which has room for another car. If you love peace and quiet, this is the perfect space. whether you’re relaxing at home with me, by yourself or heading out to explore the moor.

I often go river swimming and would be more than happy to show you some of my favourite places on my days off.

My home has a warm, natural feel and is coming along nicely. I’m easygoing and happy to chat over a cup of tea or a glass of fizz, but I also respect personal space. I’ve been told I’m lovely to live with previous tenants have even left me thank you cards, with one saying that living with me was when she truly began to heal. 🌷🙏

There is a bus a one minute walk away that takes you directly to Exeter. A train station about 20 minutes walk away.
