The house is detached in the friendly village of Berrynarbor. It is spacious with off road parking and a good sized garden. It is around 15 minutes drive from Barnstaple and about 6 minutes drive from Ilfracombe & 0.5 miles from Combe Martin.
The local pub is a 3 min walk. There is also a village shop
The house has a large kitchen and living area, a good sized garden and terrace with wonderful views of the countryside and some of the sea.

We are looking for a house mate who is fully employed, clean and tidy but easy going. A sense of humour is a plus!

There are 3 bathrooms of which you will have virtually sole use of one with a shower.
The room also has a wash basin.

2 friendly cats are also part of the household.

The room is available from May 16th 2018.
