The house is situated in the lovely village of Berrynarbor which is approx 4 miles from Ilfracombe and 9 miles from Barnstaple. Exmoor is close by together with stretches of sandy beaches which are 20 mins drive away.

There are 2 pubs in the village, a shop and a Primary School., quad biking and clay pigeon shooting. Combe Martin is 1/2 mile away where there are more shops, pubs, garages etc and a beach. The coastal path is half a mile away.

The large kitchen is shared.. The house has 3 bathrooms..
I am looking for someone who is in full time work, ,very clean and tidy, considerate with a sense of humour and easy going.
