Lovely Single Room – Quiet, Respectful Lodger Wanted

I have a lovely furnished single room available in my home. When I am home, you would share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with me.

I currently work away for much of the time, so you will often have the house to yourself, though this remains my primary home.

I live in a friendly, quiet community and it is important to me to find the right person. I am looking for a quiet, clean, tidy, and respectful lodger who is comfortable with an independent and low-key living arrangement.

Female preferred.
This would suit someone who does not need visitors, as the room is offered on a no-guests basis.

The house is within walking distance of Derriford Hospital and includes parking.
