I have a room to rent that is available in Westward Ho! in a 3-bedroom house and I am currently looking to find a lodger.
I am a live-in landlord with my partner. There is also currently 1 female lodger in the house and the age range is 21-28. Both my partner and other lodger work Monday- Friday (08:00-17:00ish hours).
You would have shared access to the living room and kitchen and would have your own bedroom. There is also a bathroom on the same floor that would be shared between yourself and the other lodger.
I work shift patterns and have a 3 yr old cockapoo that also lives at the address. There is an off- road car park space available and a garage available if you require to store anything. Access to front and back garden.
The room is part furnished and will be slightly different to the photo attached but can easily be discussed/changed.
Approximately 15 minute walk to the beach and Bideford High Street is a 10 minute drive away. Barnstaple train station is a 20 minute drive away and bus stops nearby.
