Double Room to Rent

Good sized fully furnished double room for rent. With a TV on the wall, alongside double bed, matching drawers and bed side tables. Wooden floors. In 6 months I will have a different room available with an en suite, but for now it’s a shared bathroom as I have few bits to get finished on 3rd floor before I can let it out. So you can move into there hopefully by new year!

I’ve made it quite a girly house… and don’t plan on changing it! Still some decorating to be done. Photo of the kitchen is after my house warming, it’s not usually such a busy room!

I house shared at uni and loved it! I am a live in landlord, I bought the house in April so still few things that need finishing! I work a lot so I’m not home an awful lot! I’m pretty chilled out, ideally someone who isn’t going to come home at 2am with 3 friends is all I ask 😆 and maybe someone to venture out for a pint in the beer garden every now again!
