Double room available in calm house

Hi, I'm Benjamin, and I have a clean, comfortable double room available in my two bedroom terrace in Bideford. The house is a 5 minute walk into town, and has on-street parking.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, desk, and hanging space. It overlooks the garden, is freshly decorated and has brand new carpets. The bedding and mattress are brand new. There's a fair bit of storage available too.

You'll have full use of the rest of the house, including the open plan living room, kitchen, and a lovely garden. The house is bright and airy, a little bit quirky, but most importantly is clean and comfortable.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and considerate and on a regular day-time schedule. Visitors are welcome within reason, but no overnight guests.

I work from home most days but try to get out as much as I can at the weekend. The advertised rent includes all bills (gas, electric, wifi, council tax, water) toilet paper, and cleaning products.

I'm friendly, approachable and sociable. I enjoy reading, hiking, watching films and cooking. I rarely drink alcohol these days but love a cup of tea!

Apologies in advance, but no smokers (vape is fine but outside), pissheads, or couples, and I won't abide racism, sexism, or homophobia.

I will consider a small, well trained pet!
