Room in country cottage

The accommodation is a well-appointed ground floor room. The shower/wet room is fitted with a power shower and is a few yards along the hallway. The room is bright and airy with a single bed, TV, wi-fi, cupboard, shelves and wardrobe. It is set up for making breakfast and light meals, - fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle. Cooking full meals in the room is not feasible - there are no washing up facilities or stove - but we offer cooked meals at a reasonable price. The 3 acres of woodland garden is available for your enjoyment. The cottage is in a quiet road with little through traffic. We work from home and attach great importance to keeping noise levels to a minimum. We rent another ground floor room to Airbnb guests, opposite the room we are offering to let. That room has its own bathroom. Airbnb guests often chose our cottage for a tranquil break. We have a quiet time from 10pm to 8am.
