Room for monthly rent. Double king size bed, new. Double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Flexibility to make it your style.
Prefer female but open minded. Would like someone calm, fun, friendly and professional, who doesn't mind music being on/created. Parking is 2 hrs, so needs to be moved at 10am or before and can be parked 4pm onwards. Car park local. Unrestricted parking on nr roads. Town walkable. Neighbours lovely. No water meter so I use as much as i like. Desk space for computer downstairs. Front room is over the road so can be a bit noisy at times. I have a house rabbit who free roams, but doesn't go in the spare room - if allergic.
