Room for rent in shared house

Good sized furnished double room to rent in centrally located house. Shared use of the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. All bills included, including landline and broadband. Living with an office worker who is out of the house 7am-6pm and her friendly cat.
Ideally I'd like to live with someone who wants to be a bit social, share a bit of cooking and have a glass of wine now and then. I work hard, so like to relax when I'm home with a good box set. I have Netflix and NowTV in the living room, and am always on the look out for a recommendation!
