I have a large sized double room for rent in a 3 bed terraced house in Bideford, located in a quiet street at the top of town near the college which is only a few minutes walk to the town centre/ shops.

The house is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room for rent.
The rest of the property consists of Lounge, Dining room and Kitchen areas which are catered with cooker, microwave and cupboard space, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, laundry dryer, broadband internet and TV/ DVD etc.

There is a bathroom and WC and also a downstairs WC, the house has gas central heating throughout.

There is on road parking outside the property and a fair sized enclosed garden to the rear of the property with sheds for extra storage.

To rent the room it will cost £350 p/cm inclusive of all bills.

I am a 28 year old full time professional worker. working as a surveying manager, looking for a full time working person who is tidy and clean, between 20-40 years of age.

I am looking fore a non smoker preferably but smokers are welcome as long as they do not smoke in the house.

Ideally no pets, but may be considered.
