I live with my 6 year old son who is at school in the day. I work from home. We are a friendly, tidy and clean household ( mostly) non smoking. The bedroom is at the end of the corridor at the front of the house. Parking available at the entrance to the estate. We have a lovely garden that wraps around the house with patio. Washer and tumble dryer to dry clothes in winter. I cook most days for me and my son. We have a little dog who is a terrier cross.

Would like a female professional preferably someone who goes out to work and not work from home. May consider a male if they are a working professional and away at weekends. We have a Tv licence and Netflix that you are welcome to use and relax in the lounge. Use the kitchen and utility as you wish. We have a nice patio to sit out on with lots of greenery. We are surrounded by friendly quiet neighbours.

The room has a bed you are welcome to use. Thinking of getting a hanging rail or wardrobe and some bedside tables. It comes with an ensuite with Shower. There is a family bathroom next door which rarely gets used as I have my own ensuite but you're welcome to use the bath. The house is less than 2 years old with air source heat pump so no problems with damp or anything associated with an old property.
