Seeking female sharers for convenient rural home

Seeking country loving female sharers. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

After 4yrs my long term sharer has moved area for a new job so I currently have a double and a single room available, both of which are a good size. Single occupancy only.

My home is a converted barn between Newton Abbot and Teignmouth, rurally located in a small friendly community There is good access to both the A380 and the A38 so travel to Torquay, Exeter and Plymouth is all easy, but you will need your own transport.
Both the kitchen and bathroom, including a separate shower, are modern and there is a very large shared living room. Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished including bed, wardrobe, drawers, TV point and fibre broadband.

I am looking for female sharers who are clean and tidy without being obsessive about it. People who value peace and quiet and would enjoy country living. The area is great for walkers, cyclists and horse riding.

Well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry no cats as I have a dog.
No couples or smokers.
Livery available if required. DIY £140pcm (stable/grazing only), other options if required.
All amenities are a short drive away but there is no public transport.
