Studio/Apartment Within House

We are a professional couple in our mid 20's looking for a clean and considerate lodger who is happy to share our beautiful home. We are a friendly couple but also enjoy our own privacy at times.

We have converted a space within our house into its own small flat with a double bedroom, private bathroom and storage space/desk area. All of which accessed by its own front door for privacy.

We are located in the quiet and scenic countryside village of Bittaford with easy access to the A38 for Plymouth (25 minutes) and Exeter (36 Minutes). Ivybridge town centre is a 5 minute drive and all the famous South Hams beaches such as Mothecombe, Bigbury and Challaborough are about 20 minutes drive away. Dartmoor National Park is literally on our doorstep and you can walk from our house to the top of Ugborough Beacon within 15/20 minutes where you can enjoy the panoramic views of South Devon and its coastline.

The 'Flat' Includes:

Spacious double bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe, two opposing windows (one with some countryside views).
Private Bathroom with Sink, Toilet and Shower.
Hallway area with small alcove area containing a small fridge and work surface, however this is removable and the space can be used to suit your needs and would accommodate a good size desk/study area or storage space etc.
Coat hooks and small cupboard by entrance door for outdoor jackets shoes etc.
