This is our annexe connected to our main home but totally independent from it. You will have your own access through our garden and keys, parking, kitchenette with washing machine and fridge, bathroom with shower . Bills and WIFI included. Lots of storage in huge full height full width wardrobes .We are looking for someone who wants there own little home totally independent from us but the security and comfort of our family home. We have a fridge and washing machine being installed this week as the kitchen is brand new.
We are an outdoor active family of five with a lovely bouncy collie who is always running around the garden with our three children. Our home is in blackawton a lovely community village with a pub community shop and lots of lovely walks . We are 20 mins from Kingsbridge, 15 from Dartmouth, and 25 from Totnes. I would say driving is essential and it is down country lanes . Please feel free to ask any questions
