Lovely 1 bed annexe with off street parking in quiet but friendly village. This would suit an individual who wants their own home with own entrance and keys. It has everything you would need to move in immediately washing machine, fridge, hot shower, double ring stove. We are looking for someone who is independent and come and go as they please the Annexe is fully independent of our home but within our garden. All bills included with internet too. We are a family of 5 with a bouncy collie our children and dog do run around in the garden so we are looking for someone who is happy with kids around and a dog. Blackawton is 15mins drive from Dartmouth and Kingsbridge and 25 to Totnes driving would be essential as buses are infrequent. We have a lovely village shop and lots of walks from the doorstep.
