Lovely single room in Bovey Tracey for female

Hi,
I have a cosy cottage in Bovey Tracey and am looking for a female housemate who is used to sharing, is clean, tidy and considerate and works mainly outside of the home during the week as...
You'll often have the house to yourself as I'm out quite a lot but enjoy a good chat when I'm around :)
The room may be available earlier as my current housemate is buying a place so not yet sure of the moving out date.

The house is light and sunny with a lovely south facing garden and summer house. Kitchen is well equipped if you enjoy cooking :)

Accommodation is a single room and is for single occupancy only.
Parking is a few minutes walk away - not with the house which is tucked away off the street along a path that passes other houses in the row so it's nice and peaceful. There is free on road parking. Bus services, shops and cafes are all just a few minutes away.
Bovey Tracey is midway between Exeter and Plymouth just off the A38 and only 10 minutes from Ashburton Cookery School and a few minutes to Dartmoor National Park.. National Trust Parke, the river and woods are less than a 5 min walk away from the house - great for runs/walks.
Coast, moors and woods to explore are all close by...
I have an allotment with spectacular views so if you’re interested in growing your own veg - or just want to hang out there you’d be welcome.
