I am a professional with one double bedroom for rent in my terraced house, preferably for a short term let, anything up to a year would be ideal. Bills and broadband included Included in the monthly rent. Monday to Friday let also welcome. I have two pet cats and would therefore not be able to consider anymore pets.

The property is fully equipped and furnished (except for the double room available for let). The kitchen, living room, bathroom and conservatory will be shared with myself.

The property is located in a small quiet town located just over 2 miles from Cullompton and 11 miles from Exeter. There are 2 pubs In the immediate area, and a Spar open til 9pm weekdays and 8pm on Sundays. There is a regular bus service into Exeter and Cullompton.

Parking is available behind the property and there is an empty garage that can be used.
