Large Master room

I am a professional with one double bedroom room for rent in my 3 bedroom terraced house. The property is lived by me and the room is available long term or short term.

All household bills including internet are Included in the monthly rent.

I have two friendly pet cats who are house cats and I would therefore not be able to consider anymore pets unfortunately.

Bradninch is a small quiet town, located on the outskirts of Exeter (8 miles away) and just 30 minutes from Taunton. There is a regular bus route so it’s easy to get around. The nearest town is Cullompton, which is a five minute drive from Bradninch. Cullompton has plenty of pubs, small restaurants, takeaway restaurants, supermarkets, gym facilities and some retail outlets. The M5 is also accessible from Cullompton, making commuting for work easy.

The room is fully furnished.

The rest of the house will be shared with myself and is fully furnished, equipped and has recently been re-decorated.

I work full time at a solicitors in Wellington so will only be home in the mornings, evenings and some weekends. When I’m not working I’m often visiting friends and family often so I won’t be around the house much.

I’m looking for a tenant who is clean, tidy, independent, friendly, easygoing and will pick up after themselves and muck in with housework.

I have a driveway located to the rear of my property where a vehicle or two can be parked.

A simple short-term tenancy agreement will be put in place for peace of mind and security for myself and the tenant.

Notice at the minimum of one month required upon departure.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
