Double room in sociable village

The room is with double a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Shared bathroom and kitchen with full amenities. I work full time and have a cat and a dog. The dog comes to work with me and is friendly. We have a courtyard garden. The Village is very community spirited with two pubs and busy music scene. There is Pilates and yoga among the many activities available at the Village Hall. Parking is on street and the bus service to Exeter and Tiverton Parkway is excellent. I am cheerful and easy going and like to keep a clean and tidy house. I am looking for a like minded lodger.
