The room is light and airy with wooden floor and comfortably furnished. There is a TV point in the room. You will be on the ground floor and there is a loo and washbasin in the cloakroom nearby.
We are a happy, working household and we share the large kitchen with dining area and Aga and friendly small cat
Lodgers share a large fridge between two and have full use of washing machine, microwave and Aga. You will share a bathroom on the first floor with shower and separate bath.
Bradninch is a friendly town with Exeter, the Met Office and airport only 20minutes away.
We have a well stocked PO and shop only 2 mins walk away.
5 days a week rental will be considered depending on circumstances and a rent reduction will be applied.
