Lovely large ensuite room at top of house

The large room is on the top floor of the house with it's own ensuite shower room. You have your own stairs and landing so the room feels private. There is a large window bringing light and views across the gardens and fields beyond and a spacious feel to the room.
We are a relaxed household with an Aga and a cat. I am an artist and would enjoy sharing my home with likeminded people. You would be made very welcome and would share the use of large kitchen and dining area, washing mc and sole use of fridge. Wifi and all bills included. Bradninch is a friendly place with lots going on and a well stocked local shop. There are buses every 20 minutes to Exeter and Tiverton. 20mins by car to the University, Airport, Met Office and Science Park. Would consider Mon-Fri let.
