The property is newly extended and renovated. It’s a 4 bedroom property with a garage that has some space to store surfboards and bike if you need too, garden and patio, parking, broadband and sky tv. All bills included.
Currently its myself and one other in the house, and also a small cocker spaniel who's really well behaved.
I’ll be keeping the fourth bedroom free, main bathroom shared between two and my room has a en-suite.
I work Mon-Fri, like to keep active, get in the sea and travel when I can.
