Lovely, light double room with separate bathroom. Bills included.

Mon-Fri OR weekends only. Price adjusted accordingly. I could do full weeks but that would be short term let only.

Location: Quiet spot in Braunton. 5 min walk to Braunton village pubs, shops, post office etc and 5 mins walk to Tesco. 5 mins drive to Saunton Sands beach, 15 min drive to Barnstaple and on bus routes to both. Cricket Club and Great Field on the doorstep.

Bedroom: King size bed, new mattress, dressing table/desk, chair and built-in wardrobe. New carpets and black-out curtains. Lovely views.

Bathroom: With electric shower, WC and sink. This is located downstairs.

Shared facilities: Kitchen with dishwasher. Small garden. Garage where bike/board could be stored.

Me: I work from home 4 days a week and have a small, very friendly dog! I'm home a fair bit.

You: Professional person preferred. No couples. Non smoker. Must be clean and tidy!
