Double room available in a 3-bedroom semi-detached house located in Braunton.

The room offered is a double bedroom that features a double bed, bedside unit with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a chair. Recently been decorated & had new carpet.

Communal spaces:
• Fully-equipped kitchen with large fridge-freezer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, air fryer, washing machine & some storage in the kitchen cabinets.
• Shared bathroom with sink, bath, shower, and wall cabinets.
• Separate downstairs toilet.
• Living room with TV & Sky.
• Parking space on the driveway.

The house is a 20-minute drive to the town centre of Barnstaple & just a 5-10 minute walk to the local shops & bus route. All bills are included (internet, council tax, energy and water). No smoking indoors; smoking is allowed outdoors. The carpets are fairly new, so we don’t wear shoes in the house ideally.

About me: I work mainly from home and sometimes from the office in the Barnstaple. I'm friendly, considerate, respectful, clean and tidy. I enjoy being sociable but also value my own space and respect others’ need for space too.
