Hi, I have two large room to rent/house share available in Braunton.
One very large bedroom with plenty of storage and own ensuite. Ensuite had nice sized shower and plenty of storage.

Second bedroom also very large with free standing cuboard and has its own bathroom and bath next to it.

Fully furnished house which has large kitchen, 2 lounge rooms, spare room, utility room, conservatory, garage and off road parking. The garage and shed allow for some storage space for things like bikes and surfboards. This is a very spacious house, so everyone should feel like they have their own space.
Beautiful garden, in a quiet location with lovely views.
Lovely house with 5 mins walking distance into Braunton where we have lovely social coffee shops and friendly village environment.

Would be sharing with myself and my 2 small dogs. Both dogs come to work with me every day.
I am an active young professional who enjoys running, surfing, biking, and getting outside.
£850 per month, including all bills.
