Room in Cosy Cottage

Spare room in Braunton, very central, walking distance to shops and pubs. The house is true to its name (actually called Cosy Cottage), very quaint and clean, and surprisingly bright for an old cottage. Refurbished kitchen and bathroom. Storage shed in the patio and an amazing terraced garden looking over Braunton.

I've furnished the house with everything, only the spare room has a sofa bed not a double bed. The photos are taken from the previous Webbers listing, got my own furnishing in.

Parking is available on street just outside, and in the church/pub carpark opposite.

I love surfing (main hobby), anything outdoors, music, cooking you name it. If you like gardening you'll be able to help me keep the garden in shape!
