Double Room In Friendly Family Home :)

Hi! Myself and my mum have a double room we're looking to rent out in a quiet area of Braunton. We have off road parking (also within easy reach of a bus stop if needed!) and are withing easy walking distance of the centre of Braunton.
The room is spacious and furnished and there's also an aerial point for a television and we have unlimited BT broadband.
Room is available immediately and the rent would be £80pw (payable weekly in advance) including all bills.
About us, I'm 26 years old and a former performing arts student. Along with theatre and music I also love history, art and reading and can generally be found either knitting or doing a bit of crochet!. My mum is also a big reader with similar interests.
