The upstairs consists of two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with bath and shower. The room for rent is bright and fully furnished with brand new furniture including a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and desk.

The garden is complete with BBQ and a shed suitable for a bike or short surfboards. There is also plenty of storage in the house and 2 off road parking spaces.

I am an active, easy going social guy who works as a Golf Professional at Saunton Golf Club. I am a qualified Ski instructor and I love to surf whenever the time allows but I will quite happily play any sport. I also love to cook.
