I am on a smallholding in a beautiful quiet rural location within the National Park and only 20 mins drive to Exeter with lovely walks and riding from the property.
There is plenty of parking, electric gates on entrance and a charging point for an electric car.
There is a nice cosy lounge with a wood burner
and an AGA for cooking in the main room also
underfloor heating.
My lodger/tenant must like animals I have 4 dogs and two ponies.
All bills included, well behaved dog welcomed.
