Please note the date this room will be available from. It will not be available beforehand. We have a large single room to let in Brixham. Bills included for £100 per week. Furnished room to include bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV.
Facilities to include kitchen, bathroom, secondary toilet, washing machine, fridge & freezer, parking on the road outside.
Family home, does have a large dog so unfortunately can't accept pets with applicant and you will need to be non smoking (regardless if you would smoke outside) due to the landlady's asthma.
Main bus route on door step and short walking distance (just over 5mins) to town and seafront. Working person preferred.
