Elbury Lodge is a dedicated guesthouse for any working professionals looking for week day accommodation. £120 per week for Monday - Friday accommodation (4 nights a week). No full time lets considered, Monday to Friday only.

Elbury Farm is situated on the National Trust Killerton Estate, on the outskirts of Broadclyst. We offer a mixture of shared accommodation and a self-contained holiday let in a beautiful, peaceful and nature rich location easily accessible from the M5 (own transport is essential):

Traditionally (but no longer) a dairy farm it has now taken a different direction with nearly 1/3 of the farm in the process of rewilding - that equates to 90 acres of farmland surrounding the farmhouse being left for nature to take a hold.

Set off the road and surrounded by fields, with ample parking and huge gardens Elbury Lodge guesthouse is a peaceful, characterful and spacious home offering shared accommodation with 3 bedrooms available to rent.

Downstairs consists of an entrance hallway, shower room, kitchen / diner and lounge.

From the lounge into a hallway you can access the garden and the bedrooms. Upstairs has the guest bedrooms, bathroom (with shower over bath) and separate W. C.

The entire property is cleaned to a high standard and your bedroom will be made up with clean sheets and towels each week. There is also a laundry room onsite with washing and drying facilities for all guests.

Fibre internet is accessible throughout the house. Elbury Lodge is peaceful and has been popular with working professionals looking for week day accommodation. We offer Monday - Friday accommodation (short or long term) for a discounted rate of £120 per week. My partner and I live next door in the main farmhouse so are easily contactable during your stay.
