This listing is for a long term let from August 2025 onwards, sharing with two other people. Myself and partner (plus toddler) live next door and I also run a guesthouse in a third property on the premises.

Situated between Broadclyst and Exeter it's very close to M5, Exeter Airport, Sowton and the Met Office, with Exeter city centre only 6 miles away.

The cottage is semi-detached and spacious - consisting of an entrance hallway, kitchen, lounge / diner, utility room (also with direct access to the yard) and conservatory downstairs, whilst upstairs has 3 good sized bedrooms, a large landing and a bathroom.

The property has ample, off-road parking and a private, self contained garden overlooking the fields.

The room is for one person only and no children/ pets. All bills and unlimited fibre broadband included. Questions and viewings welcome!
