Female housemate to share a beautiful home

Hello. I’m looking for a female housemate to join me in a lovely, spacious 2-bedroom home.

I’ve lived here for the past two months and have really settled in. It’s a lovely place to come home to, and I’m hoping to find someone who will feel the same.

The available room is a good-sized double with a king-size bed and an option to be furnished/unfurnished. There’s also a large garden, parking and space throughout the house.

I’m am social, considerate and used to living with other people. I’ve lived in Exeter for many years, with a short stint in Bristol, and I really value having a home that feels comfortable, relaxed, welcoming & clean too ;)

I’m often quite busy myself, so I like having a home where we can both do our own thing, feel at home, relax and socialise as we go along.
