Spacious double room in rural Buckerell

My current lodger is leaving soon to work overseas, so this lovely, light and spacious double room will be available at the end of August or possibly earlier. This is in a large, older house in a peaceful, rural setting. Ideally I am looking for a female lodger.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelves and desk. Bedding and towels available if needed. Shared kitchen/bathroom, use of washing machine etc. Decent broadband. There's also a big sunny private garden.

Happy to share use of the living room. I don't use it much in the daytime/later evening but I do like my own space in there in the early evening.

About me - I run my own business and work from home so the house is usually occupied. I am not looking for a lodger who WFH although will consider this if it's occasional. I live a fairly quiet life, I'm pretty relaxed and like a laugh.

You'll need to love animals - I have a collie and a moggie, both very friendly. I will consider someone with a dog (one) but this is conditional that they get on with my pets.

Due to the location you'll need a car, there is no public transport. Honiton and Feniton stations are a 10 min drive, quick access to A30 and 15 mins to M5 J28.

Rent includes bills and Council Tax. References and proof of income required.
