Pair of large connect rooms in large house

I have a pair of connecting first floor rooms available. They are adjacent to the main bathroom to the house. I am looking for a young couple to take these rooms. I like a house with balance, single blokes need not apply sorry. I live here, I have let a ground floor room to a friend, he (and his girlfriend when here) have a Gf loo but use the main bathroom too. The gardens are large and beautiful, we have Sam the Dog looking after us all. We have a field and a lake to look after same the Dog. Just a lovely house, well relaxed, plenty of privacy, plenty of fun.
