Double room in quiet house

A lovely double room is available in my cosy and quiet 'upside down' house in Buckfastleigh. Furnished with a bed, desk, clothes rail and chest of drawers. There is an ensuite toilet. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room.

On street parking.

Small outdoor space with a bench, and pallet seat.

My preference is that housemates should have an occupation and go out to work rather than work from home or if they work from home, the work would need to be in their bedroom.

No smoking.

House mates should be happy to tidy up after themselves and clean their room and the shared spaces :-) .

I'm a keen kayaker and spend my time on the river or in the surf. When I'm not on the water I spend my time walking or cycling or chilling at home.

Currently I am working from home during the day a fair bit but do go out to work a couple of times a week.

I have a lovely kitten called Buster too.
