This is a self-contained room with shared access to the compact and tidy bathroom and kitchen. (There's no shared living room.)

There's off-street parking, powerful shower, broadband etc.

Buckfastleigh is a small town that has easy access to the moor, Totnes, Ashburton and a reasonable commute to both Plymouth and Exeter. The flat is very close to the open air swimming pool and accessible for wild swimming in the Dart.

I work part-time for a fab new Community Interest Company. This takes me to Exeter one day a week, further a field a couple of days per month and also working from home.
