The double bedroom is spacious room with lots of built in wardrobe

Sharing with myself, the owner of this old characterful terraced house and Noodle the bedlington whippet dog. Cosy lounge around with wood burner going onto a small kitchen. There is an also a utility area with washing machine and dishwasher.

The house has a shared bathroom with bath and shower.

The room comes with across the road car parking.

Please note that the property is close to the A38 so this is noticeable as the house is based on the slip road into Buckfastleigh. This does mean that parking is never an Issue and convenient for quick access to the local area. Once inside, due to the windows, you don’t notice the noise as much and with the tv or music on, it is not noticeable. The internal lounge design is designed with shutters to avoid noticing the outside and avoiding people looking in. The main bedroom has a tree line in front of the road.

The house is in walkable distance into Buckfastleigh, a charming market village on the edge of Dartmoor. Easy access to bus transport to closeby Ashburton and Totnes.
