Double bed, attic room to rent in Buckfastleigh. The room has decent storage space and comes furnished. Use of all communal areas. Short walk from local amenities and access to some beautiful local walks.

Prefer non-smokers, not a party house. I am a teacher and would like to come back to a chilled house, so professionals only.

No parking with the house. However, there is on street parking in places and a car park opposite the house which is available to those with a resident permit

The house ideally situated for those who work in any of the three major hospitals in South Devon - 30min drive away.

The room is minimally furnished so you can make it your own. The bed is a standard double. Bills are included with very fast wifi.
