A few minutes from The Seed (community whole foods store), Moor Imagination Collective (community events, arts, workshops), the library,, The Dragon Sanctuary, the Co-op and all the other shops in the town centre. 5 minutes walking takes you out into the countryside and Dartmoor is a 15 minute drive away, with the nearest beach a 30 minute drive. Hembury Woods is walking distance or a short drive away.

The house is double glazed and the central heating warms it up quickly whilst allowing for plenty of natural light. The floors throughout the house are wooden.

A good internet connection is essential for my work so a good ISP (Zen Internet) is included, along with council tax and utility bills. There is a washing machine fridge, some freezer space, oven and hob.
