House share close to Plymouth and Tavistock

My house is a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in pretty village the edge of Dartmoor village with great village pub,. Access is good to Tavistock, Derriford Hospital and Plymouth. The room is a good sized double bedroom overlooking the garden with chest of drawers, bookshelves, clothes cupboard and private shower room with WC. The bedroom is on the second floor with no other occupants. There will be the use of a separate fridge and freezer in the kitchen. Shared use of the living room and garden with myself and two cats. One can walk for miles from the door across moorland or down to the river Tavy. I live alone and work from home part time. I rarely use the living room but I do like to be in the garden as much as possible. Outside of working, I have a few volunteer roles which all involve working outside. I am currently saving to be able to contribute to my daughters' wedding but am also looking forward to having another person around the house.
